clean property, free WiFi, convenient outdoor spaces
The room was cramped with awful ventilation and advertised A/C that barely worked!!! Confusing check-in due to wrong address for the next door!!! Need better attention to guest comfort and clearer communication!!!

Loved the peaceful outdoor terrace for relaxing moments! 🏡 Unfortunately, some noise from nearby guests made it hard to sleep well. The shared kitchen and clean facilities were definite highlights too!

Ideal stay for couples
My partner and I loved the cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed the shared kitchen, being able to whip up quick meals whenever we wanted, and the outdoor terrace was a perfect escape for some quiet time!
It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but honestly, it was still worth it.

The private bathroom was a fantastic surprise, and it made the
stay much more comfortable. The room was cozy and clean, ideal for a couple's getaway. The hosts were welcoming and provided a snack basket, which came in handy. The only downside was the limited number of pillows on the bed.

I stayed for 3 nights in the Double Room with Shared Toilet, and it felt really cozy. The room was clean, and having access to a shared kitchen made it nice for quick snacks. The outdoor terrace was a great spot to chill. The host responded quickly to my questions, which was a plus. Just wish there were more pillows on the bed, but overall, a comfy stay.

I almost gave this place a glowing review but just couldn't. The beddings smelled old, really gross. No breakfast served despite the B&B name, very misleading. I can't believe I didn’t get a complimentary snack basket or any welcome treat, for all the trouble. The noise level was unbearable. I expected more, clearly a mistake visiting.

The Imperial House Bed & Breakfast was a delightful surprise! My stay in the Double Room with Shared Toilet was cozy, complete with a snack basket and a shared kitchen for easy meals. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful outdoor terrace for morning coffee. Plus, it’s just a 10-minute walk to the SkyTrain station, making city exploration a breeze.

Had a great trip with my friends! We enjoyed playing golf at Fraserview Golf Course, just a short drive away, and found the location perfect for exploring. The staff were helpful and made our stay relaxing.
However, the cleanliness wasn't quite up to par, as we noticed some old coffee and the floors could have been cleaner.

Staying at this place with our large family was a breeze! The kids loved the outdoor space where they could play. We were also just a quick drive from Fraserview Golf Course, which was perfect for a family outing. Highly recommend it for large groups!
My wife says that a better soundproofing would improve the stay for families with babies.
